Q: What if I don't have much acting experience or I'm just starting out?

A: Acting experience is less important than being essentially gifted as an actor with a strong desire to learn dependable acting skills. All actors must really mean it. That means doing the necessary homework and showing up on time, ready to work.

Q: When are classes scheduled and what is the cost?

A: Six-week courses begin on February 16, 2009 and are scheduled on Monday evenings from 7-10PM at The Complex in Hollywood, 6476 Santa Monica Blvd., Hollywood, CA 90028. The six-week course costs $300.

Q: Is private coaching available?

Q: How long do the classes last?

A: Three hours with a break.

Q: Will I always work with the same partner?

A: No. Partners are either suggested by each student and approved or arranged by Sal.

Q: Will I be working with other teachers besides Sal?

A: No. She teaches all classes.

Q: Is there any obligation to continue classes after each course is done?

A: No. A student may enroll for a subsequent course at the student's discretion. Prior notice is requested when a student wishes to either continue with another course or stop attending classes.

Q: May I reschedule a class because of an audition, illness or other reason?

A: Yes.

Q: What if I miss a class and can't reschedule for the following week?

A: You will not get a refund for the missed class, whatever the reason.

Q: What if I don't show up and I don't call to cancel or reschedule?

A: Unless it's an emergency of some kind, the class can't be made up.

Q: What if I take a break after a course is done and want to attend again at a later time?

A: You may attend classes when there is an opening and an available partner for you to work with.

Q: Does Sal provide guidance regarding how to get an agent or pursue acting work?

A: Yes.

Q: Is street parking available?

A: Parking is available on the street in front of the studio or on nearby side streets.
